Azure EU hosting

No AI training on your data
Your calls, transcripts and messages are never used to train the base models. Our AI runs on your perimeter, not ours.
End-to-end encryption
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Transcripts and recordings are encrypted and accessible only to authorised users.
Complete audit trail
All events (calls, handovers, admin changes, data access) are logged and exportable to your SIEM.
Industry compliance
Heedify is deployed at customers subject to GDPR and professional secrecy (notaries, professional bodies).
